Two ways to start

Improve a range that sells. Or create something new.

Path A · Usually weeks

A better version of what already works.

Keep what sells. Change what the market sees.

  • New décors and colours
  • Updated specification and packaging
  • Modernise an older line without starting over

Your décors move with youSet up with the film suppliers, not locked in one factory. Rights agreed in writing.

Talk about a range refresh

Path B · Usually months

When the standard product isn’t enough.

Start with the requirement. Work out what’s possible.

  • A new format or construction
  • A new installation method
  • A performance target the catalogue can’t meet

Feasibility before promisesIf it can’t be made at your price or quality, you hear it early.

Surface and décor

Control your décor source.

Work with the film supplier through us. Keep your décor references, supply terms and usage rights documented, so one factory does not control your range.

Not tied to one factory

A move to another factory still needs compatible materials, trials and fresh sample approval.

Discuss your décor supply

Standard décor

The same boards repeat across the floor

Scanned décor

One flowing surface, repeating only every 30–50 m²

Five stages

How a new product comes together.

  1. 01

    Brief

Define your idea, target market, product requirements and commercial goals.

  2. 02

    Feasibility

Check materials, technologies and factories against your idea and budget.

  3. 03

    Specification

Agree the specification using your brief and the feasibility findings.

  4. 04

    Samples and trials

Refine silver samples through trials, then approve the gold sample.

  5. 05

    First production

Follow the first production run against your approved spec and sample.

Stages depend on the project. Scope, milestones and price are agreed in writing before work starts.

Short answers

Who owns the décors we develop?
Décors are set up with the film suppliers, not locked inside one factory, so they can move with you if you change or add a factory. Rights are agreed in writing for each project.
Can we start from a product we already sell?
Yes. Send a sample or the specification. Many projects start from a line that already sells and make it better.
Can we keep our current factory?
Often, yes. It depends on what the change needs and what the factory can run. Developing a product does not mean changing manufacturer.
How long does it take?
A range refresh usually takes weeks. A new product takes months of samples and trials. Scope, milestones and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
Can we start with an idea rather than a technical specification?
Yes. Tell us what the product needs to do. We assess materials, technology and factory capabilities, then develop the specification with you from the feasibility findings.
What needs checking if we move production to another factory?
Décor access is one part. The new factory also needs compatible materials and equipment, manufacturing trials, and your approval of fresh samples and the final specification.

Let’s discuss your project.

About your next product. Tell us what you want to improve, create or solve. A sample, a photo or one line is enough to start.
