Sourcing engagements
Sourcing and consulting services are provided by Fake Flooring. Engagements require a separate agreement defining scope, fees and responsibilities. Using the platform or submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement.

If you don't find the consultation valuable, request a full refund within 48 hours. No questions asked. The 48-hour period starts when your consultation ends. Request a full consultation-fee refund by emailing [email protected]. No explanation is required. This guarantee applies to the 299 USD / 90-minute consultation.
Quotation-negotiation savings guarantee
5% savings guarantee. If we cannot secure a comparable offer at least 5% below your agreed baseline, you pay no negotiation fee. Any prepaid negotiation fee is refunded in full. We agree the baseline quotation before work begins. Savings are measured against the same specification, quantity, currency, FOB basis and payment terms, with any additional costs included. A cheaper construction is not counted as a saving. A separately scoped team service. It is not an automatic saving from Quotation Check or a promised outcome of the 90-minute consultation. We agree the valid baseline quotation, specification, assignment scope and fees before work begins. You choose whether to accept the resulting supplier offer.
