A proven, certified large-scale SPC producer. The main watch-points are capacity priority and the group's finances, not product or paperwork.

Draft perspective
AMY is one of the heavyweights of Vietnamese SPC. Eighteen production lines, a stated capacity above 38 million m² a year and a customer book led by three large US home-improvement retailers put it in a different league from most factories on our list. The legal company, the factory address and a current FloorScore certificate also line up in one document, which makes compliance conversations straightforward.
That scale cuts both ways. With roughly two-thirds of revenue going to the US and most of that to a handful of big accounts, smaller importers should expect to compete for attention, and to arrive with a clear brief. The group is also mid-IPO, carrying mostly short-term debt and feeling tariff pressure on margins. We see AMY as a strong fit for certified, container-scale SPC programmes, and a weaker one for small trial orders or very bespoke constructions.

- FloorScore names the legal company and the Phu Tho production address
- Wide spec window: 3.2–6 mm cores, 0.15–0.55 mm wear layers, IXPE, EVA or cork underlay
- IPO brings audited accounts and public disclosure rarely available for Vietnamese factories
- SPC, LVT, hybrid, wall panels and accessories available inside one group
Considerations
- Capacity claims vary from 15 to 45 million m² a year depending on the source and date
- Heavy US concentration — big accounts are likely to get production priority
- Margins fell from 24.9% to 19.2% in 2025, largely blamed on tariffs
- Most financial debt is short-term; part of the IPO money repays bank loans
- Unilin and I4F click profiles are listed, but licence details aren't published
- No published MOQ, lead time or payment terms
Best suited for
- US importers who need FloorScore-certified SPC
- Distributors running repeat container programmes
- Private-label buyers who want a large, accountable manufacturer

Less suited for
- Trial orders below a container

Overview
AMY SPC is the rigid-core flooring business of AMY GRUPO, a Vietnamese building-materials group founded in 2015. SPC is made by Asia US Industrial Joint Stock Company at Lot 1, Thai Hoa–Lien Son–Lien Hoa Industrial Park, Lien Hoa Commune, Phu Tho province — roughly 70 km north-west of Hanoi. Older documents give the same site as Lap Thach, Vinh Phuc, before the 2025 provincial merger.
The group started in ceramic tiles and pivoted hard into vinyl for the US market. Its first SPC plant opened in June 2020 with three lines; a second followed in December 2021, taking the business to 18 lines, and the two were merged into a single SPC operation in August 2023. A further plant for LVT, WPC, hybrid flooring, wall panels and decking was built in 2023–24.
Today AMY is export-led: about three-quarters of 2025 revenue came from abroad, with the US alone at over 60%. Management says three large US home-improvement retailers take about 84% of its vinyl exports and that AMY supplied around 9% of Vietnam's vinyl flooring exports to the US in 2025. The group raised about VND 787 billion in a 2026 IPO and plans to list on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange under the ticker AMY.

Where is the AMY SPC factory?

Which company makes AMY SPC flooring?
Asia US Industrial Joint Stock Company, part of AMY GRUPO. This is the company that should appear on your quotation, contract and shipping documents.
Is AMY SPC FloorScore certified?
Yes. FloorScore SCS-FS-06642 covers AMYGRES SPC up to 8 mm and SPC with IXPE up to 10 mm, valid from 1 January to 31 December 2026. Always confirm your exact product falls within the certificate.
How much SPC can AMY produce?
AMY's latest update states more than 38 million m² a year from 18 lines. Earlier and later sources quote figures from 15 to 45 million, so treat it as large-scale rather than a precise number — and remember stated capacity is not spare capacity.
Who does AMY supply?

What is the minimum order for AMY SPC?

Can I visit the AMY factory?

AMY GRUPO is a family-founded Vietnamese building-materials group. Alongside SPC it makes porcelain and ceramic tiles, glazed roof tiles, sintered stone, LVT, hybrid flooring and wall panels across several companies on the same industrial park in Phu Tho.
Ownership is concentrated: the three founders held about 79% before the IPO. In 2026 the group sold 16.1 million new shares at VND 48,900 each, using most of the money to repay short-term bank loans, and plans to grow capacity from about 75 to 121 million m² a year by 2030 — mostly SPC and wall panels.
