Check the order against an agreed brief before it leaves the factory. Define the scope, record what was inspected and put the findings in context.
The checks
Select the checks that belong in the assignment: visible workmanship, dimensions, quantity, identification, packing and any agreed on-site functional checks.
The record
Document the inspected sample, observations, photographs, deviations and limitations in an assignment-specific report.
The decision
Review the findings against agreed criteria. Corrective action, reinspection and shipment release remain explicit decisions.
A defined inspection, not a blanket guarantee.
Sampling does not mean every item is examined. Laboratory performance testing, certification, loading supervision and a full factory audit are separate scopes. Our report must say what was checked, when and against which reference.
