Start with Hanoi and the eastern corridor.
Hanoi is a useful orientation point, while profiles in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh identify production areas closer to the eastern coast. A shared industrial park does not make companies interchangeable suppliers. Match the legal entity, site and proposed product before arranging a visit.
Read older and newer province names together.
Hengli documents use addresses in the former Bac Giang area, now described in current sources as Bac Ninh. Other profiles preserve historical Vinh Phuc or Ha Nam wording. A different province label is a reason to reconcile the address, not by itself evidence that a factory moved. Request the current legal address and an arrival pin from the company.
Separate the trip from supplier qualification.
The public map uses industrial-area, municipality or regional references. It is not a navigation guarantee or a record of a site visit. Before travel, confirm the factory contact, gate, meeting permission, production line and product you expect to see. Agree what the visit should answer: the actual operator, relevant process, document gaps or readiness for your particular programme.
